Hertfordshire Computer services now known as '@ The Computer Lounge' is a one stop shop for all your computer related and printing needs. We have been operational within Potters Bar and the rest of Hertfordshire for over 15 years, we started off working from home, we secured a workshop on The Service Road behind Darkes Lane and we are now situated on the Barnet Road Opposite Travis Perkins with an off road parking facility. Many years ago we identified the need to make I.T services more accessible to the general public and small businesses and it was with this in mind that we started our no fix no fee policy and a free drop off and collection service to all our customers, in addition to this we offer discounts to OAP's and students. We understand that computers are not straight forward, we are aware that some people find the idea of using a computer very daunting, we know the importance of your documents and photos, so we make sure we provide an efficient, friendly, patient and honest service to our customers and ensure our customers understand what problems they are having with their computers, laptops, Macs, broadband, wireless and virus infections before any work is undertaken. We have a fully operational, fully equipped internet cafe and learning centre on site offering you an open access computer suite where you can sit down, relax, have a lovely barista style coffee of your choice and browse the internet, compose documents, skype and print at your convenience. In addition we have child friendly games installed on our computers enabling your kids and adults alike to play immersive games like Minecraft and Terreria, we also host classes teaching Microsoft Word and Excel so you can get yourself up to speed with composing documents and creating spreadsheets for your accounts etc. We believe trust is an important element of our service and pride ourselves on having a large client database of local businesses and residents of Hertfordshire, Barnet and Enfield. Our engineers have previously worked within corporate and academic environments for many years and understand the importance of meeting operational requirements and explaining things to people in laymen terms.
