Based in Tonbridge, Kent, The Strength & Conditioning Institute (SCI), a new breed of fitness centre, redefines the standards of health and fitness available to everyone.
National Level Coaches Alex Shoebridge and Martin Shyvers bring nearly two decades of experience and a wealth of professional qualifications to an establishment they had both dreamed of setting up when they first began working in the industry.
The SCI was created with the goal of improving the overall health and quality of life of everyone who walks into the building, using state of the art training equipment, techniques and methods, and keeping abreast of the latest developments in the industry - whether they are professional competitive athletes or just someone looking for a place to exercise and get a little fitter.
The SCI provides an excellent range of services, including Personal Training; Boot Camp & Strongman/Fit Girl-style training; Postural Analysis & Correction; Sport-Specific Nutrition; Nutrition Profiling; Physiotherapy; Neuro-linguistic Programming; Sports Massage and Hypnotherapy.
