Enjoy wholesome cooking, with fresh fruit, salads and vegetables from the garden and local farms and a good wine list. The public rooms are full of character with old Chesterfields and roaring log fires. The guest bedrooms range from cosy doubles to spacious family rooms. All are individually styled with en-suite bathrooms and four star facilities. For the energetic there is also a games room.

The gardens are extensive and well kept with large trout and carp ponds, and the secluded location lends itself perfectly to walking holidays. And with so much space there's always room for you to safely store any recreational equipment you may have brought along.
