Founder Kim Bang-Sorensen says: "I love good chocolate and enjoy it every day, however, 20 years ago when I first came to the UK, it was impossible to find. Luckily, the scene has changed, and nowadays you can buy decent bars of good chocolate. The big supermarkets have even introduced their own brand of good quality chocolate bars.
Unfortunately, you can’t say the same about the market for truffles and other filled chocolates. Here it seems that many corners are still cut and the end result is most often very disappointing.
With PURE Chocolate Truffles, I want not only to introduce you to good delicious chocolate truffles but also to show, that such good chocolate truffles can be made without any colouring, additives or preservatives."
