3aaa Apprenticeships specialise in the delivery of Professional Services Apprenticeships such as Technology, Digital Marketing, Accountancy and Business Administration. We are a national company who were the first independent training provider to be accredited Ofsted Outstanding on a first inspection. We offer a personalised, local service across England as we look to change the lives of young people through our work with local employers recruiting Apprentices and helping these young people to find a pathway into the career of their dreams.

Founded by Peter Marples and Di McEvoy–Robinson in 2008, 3aaa Apprenticeships place a huge emphasis on employing high-quality, industry-experienced staff which means that we are able to deliver outstanding Apprenticeship programmes that are developed with employers, providing industry led skills and experience.

We work closely with our Apprentices so they can build a prosperous career and progress within their chosen sector. Our Ofsted report stated that our “Apprentices benefit from highly interesting and motivational training in superb educational environments, equipped with industry standards and networks”. They also commented that our trainers and assessors are inspirational.

Dedicated Apprenticeship experts work closely with our partnering employers to understand the requirements of their business and help them to develop the best recruitment and/or development solution.

We understand the challenges that small and medium sized companies face in sourcing, recruiting, training and retaining young people. We work with our employers to make sure that their Apprentices will form their pipeline of future talent.

In addition, we are working with a wide span of employers that are affected by the Apprenticeship Levy, ensuring that their funds are utilised to encourage growth in both the company and it's personnel.
