Solar Solve Marine is the world leader in the design, development and manufacture of specialist anti-glare roller screens for ships' wheelhouse, ATC Tower and Crane Cabin windows. Around 85% of turnover is exported to countries worldwide including Korea, China, Japan, The Netherlands and the USA.
The original window blind manufacturing company was founded by the Chairman, a marine engineer, in 1975.
In 1988 the name of the company was changed to Solar Solve Ltd t/a Solar Solve Marine.
The company is located in South Shields, in the North East of England but has a Distribution network that spans the globe.
All products are manufactured on a 'made-to-measure' basis and delivery times are as required by the customer.
