Welcome to The Bite family. We hope you find yourself feeling at home. We are an authentic restaurant with small, yet original, twists of our own, fitting into the diverse and vibrant nature of Dalston.
The pizza that we serve is Neapolitan, originating from Naples, South Italy. Neapolitan pizza has a very defining characteristic of it being a 'soggy pizza'. The reason behind this is that it has a very thin base and has slightly more sauce compared to other styles of pizza.
You may also be interested to know that before we serve the pizza to you, we leave the dough to rest for a minimum of 48 hours, with the use of strictly fresh ingredients ONLY!
