Founded over 100 years ago, Oktra are the UK’s leading design and build company. Based in Central London, our clients rely on us to design, define and deliver bespoke and sustainable workspaces. We provide a host of services primarily across London locations including office space planning and consultancy, interior design, refurbishment and relocation, design & build, project management, office furniture, post contract support and sustainable workspaces.

With an impressive body of work and clientele, Oktra have the knowledge and experience to help with any size relocation or refurbishment. Over the last nine years, we have successfully transformed over 5.5 million square foot of workspace, supporting businesses with moving from A to B. We exclusively use the design & build route, preferring it to traditional procurement proving that projects completed using D&B can be stunning and help businesses enhance their work environments.

At Oktra, we believe in creating spaces that inspire, motivate and stimulate productivity through innovative interior design and office fit-out solutions. This is evidenced through our remarkable efforts at WeWork, who provide collaborative workspace and services for freelancers, start-ups, entrepreneurs and small businesses. With WeWork, we have accomplished some great achievements, including being part of the largest fit-out projects in London’s history and have provided design and fit-out for 4 of WeWork’s London locations – Devonshire Square, Corsham Street, Chancery Lane and Soho. In addition, we have previous clients including GHD, Tripadvisor, Cystic Fibrosis and M&C Saatchi.
