We established the business in 2010 with the conviction that taxi and minicab services could be improved and delivered better to Londoners, with great customer service at the centre of our philosophy. By combining the latest technology with excellent customer service values, we have become the leading provider of mini-cab services for most parts of London and beyond.

We offer a wide range of car types, from Saloons, Estates, MPVs to Executive cars and we ensure regular and rigorous maintenance checks of all our cars, along with the necessary CRB checks for all our drivers.

Our drivers are very professional and courteous and will do their outmost to provide the most comfortable and the safest minicab journeys for our customers. They have a high knowledge of the navigation systems we utilise, which in turn will avoid any unnecessary delays throughout your journey. They are friendly, however they will respect your personal time and space and will not leave you alone to struggle with luggage or other items.

In the main office, we employ dedicated controllers, telephone operators and administrative staff who look into every minute detail to ensure that customers are satisfied and experience enjoyable journeys.

Our fares are 30% cheaper than black taxis and we pride ourselves on our competitive fixed rates. We do not charge our customers extra for being unexpectedly held-up in traffic, unlike some big corporations that pass on the additional cost to passengers, and whose drivers sometimes deliberately drive through congested traffic zones for that purpose.
