Karen Williams started Big Sister Promotions in the summer of 1999 - the first promotions company to deal exclusively with music on television. With a small but beautiful roster, which included Jamiroquai, Primal Scream, Reef and Ash, Big Sister quickly built up a reputation as a specialist in music TV
Despite the ever-changing television landscape and the growth of digital formats, Big Sister has continued to specialise in promoting artists on television, attracting a wealth of both independent and major-signed talent such as Arctic Monkeys, Beady Eye, The Kaiser Chiefs, Bloc Party, Aloe Blacc, KT Tunstall and Paul Weller.
Lizzie Dorney-Kingdom joined the company as Promotions Manager in March of this year from Columbia Records
