General information

WW Computer Systems was founded in 1983 by Neil & Simone Lester. The business, a Word Processing Bureau, started from a small shop in Edgware, North West London, and typed and printed clients hand written letters.

The business grew and expanded and Neil began to offer other IT Support Services to their Clients. Marc Lester joined the business in 2000 after graduating from University. Today we have 13 dedicated members of the WWCS team who take pride in the original WW philosophy of personable IT Support – we believe our success is based on the relationships we form with our clients.

We support around 140 small to medium sized business, mostly in London but others around the UK, Europe & Middle East. Our clients range from 5 user network in one office, to 160+ user organisations, with multiply sites and complex IT structures; each of our clients have different requirements; we form individual working relationships with each of them.

In addition to our Annual Reactive IT Support, the services and Products we offer our clients are ever expanding based on technological innovation within the industry; these range from VOIP telephone systems, Cloud email & Hosting solutions to IT Project Management; which could range from a simple office move to a large cloud IT migration project.

We are proud of our success and only work on recommendation and word of mouth. We are all responsible for the success of the business, and while we are only human, we celebrate success and learn from our mistakes.
