General information

We at McKee Ltd have a large fleet of construction machinery to assist with excavation and Civil Engineering services, for example, Drainage Groundworks, Gravel Tunnelling, Earth Moving, Agricultural Works and Haulage Services.

All plant comes with fully competent and trained drivers.

Plant ranges from 3T – 25T and come with various attachments e.g Buckets, Rock hammers, Grabs and state of the art Tilt Rotators.

Dumpers range from 12T Tracked Dumpers to 9T forward tipping with fully enclosed cab.

Bulldozer with lazer levels for precise accursim.

Haulage services include Low-Loader/ Tipper and Traction Only.

We also offer our services as sub-contractors for large construction firms such as: McLaughlin & Harvey, Geda Construction LLP and Out There Services to assist with large scale construction projects on behalf of their clients.

Some examples of projects we have undertook as sub-contractors include:

- Railway bridge development and track upgrading on behalf of Northern Ireland Railways.

- Infrastructure works in preparation for the Open Golf Tournament 2019 on behalf of the R&A Royal Portrush Golf Club.

- Upgrading of Portstewart Promenade on behalf of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council.

- Cliff path upgrade at The Gobbins Visitor Centre, Islandmagee
