Cardiff Higashi Karate Club Company Information
General information
The style of Karate is Wado Kai and is taught to a high standard.
You pay as you train or can use the GLL membership card. (Details of membership can be obtained from Maindy Centre.)
You do not have to be fit, thin or flexible to start karate.
It does need concentration and practice.
Just turn up to train or even watch a session to see if it is something you would enjoy.
The lower age limit for children in this club is 6 years old as the classes do require a degree of concentration.
However, younger siblings may be considered from aged 5 if both children start.
There is no upper age limit at which an adult can start karate.
