As the UK’s first fully integrated Energy Service Provider, we’re here to help with any queries on Facebook between 8am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

In addition to Facebook’s own terms of use, we have a few house rules which we kindly ask you to follow when using our page:

• We encourage you to use our Facebook page in a polite and respectful manner to direct any queries relating to our service, share feedback with us and join any discussions we may share regarding the energy market.

• For your own safety, please refrain from posting your personal information publicly. Just send us a PM via messenger and we can look into your query for you.

• We do not condone offensive, abusive or threatening language towards the Brilliant Energy Facebook team or other Facebook users. Any posts or comments containing offensive language will be removed from our page.

• Please do not send the same post multiple times, spam comments or use this page for advertising. These types of posts will also be removed.

• Avoid uploading content which may breach copyright or third party intellectual property rights.
