The Artist Table Cafe & Bar at NN

General information

The Artist Table started about ten years ago in our home. A few friends gathered, we cooked, ate and talked about our dreams. From there our dinners have evolved into a supper club and conversations have developed all with food as a central theme. The act of cooking allows us to gather and honor food traditions with a shared meal. Where possible we have worked with local food artisans and source food with a seasonal focus to create dinners in non-traditional spaces.

For the past year I have been working as ‘The Artist Table’ and running a series of highly successful events in Northampton. I am now acting on a dream to design and run my own cafe and bar, which is located in the NN cafe premises adjunct to the NN Gallery. This is a large beautiful Victorian building in the centre of Northampton that intersects theatre goers, shoppers and both Northampton Museum and NN Gallery attendees.

I have done an immense amount of work preparing to open this business, from building my skills over my entire career to now having all the pieces in place to start. With support from Pop Up Northampton and the money we raised with our Kickstarter campaign we welcome you to join us.
