Preparation is a very important part of any building, renovation or maintenance job. This complex part includes many tasks not just demolition or removing old layers of wallpapers. There are some tasks which need to be done carefully - even tradesmen often forget about them - like masking and protection of surrounding areas.
Demolition is necessary when the customer asks us to reshape a place or change built-in furniture like kitchen renovations. We aim to carry out a job as neatly as we can.

Plastering, Rendering and Plasterboarding

Plastering is one of the most important and wanted building, renovation or maintenance service. It is essential sometimes even in the best building to make some cracks disappear. From the smallest repairs to the full house renovation we provide a large scale of services. Our well trained and experienced plasterers provide services covering commercial or domestic projects.

Painting and Decoration

Joinery

Carpet fitting and Flooring

We remove the existing carpet or other floor along with the retainer. If we change the skirting boards we take them off as well. Then we put down a floor insulation or underlay which is a protection against noises and cold.
After we took off the old carpet or floor then we put down carpet gripper at the edges of the room then fit the carpet. (The carpet gripper will hold the material). As the last step of the process, we fix the skirting boards to the wall to fit the carpet completely and cover the edges.

If laminate floor is the decision we cut all parts and lay them over the underlay. By the edges and corners some screws or nails will keep the material in position.

If vinyl is chosen material we cut the whole vinyl into the right shape then lay it down. After some little corrections the adhesive can be applied what will fix the material.
