Pukka पक्का /ˈpʌkə/
In hindi means 'substantial', in british english, it figuratively means 'genuine' & 'authentic'.
Pukka Yoga has been developed to spread the awareness of how yoga is accessible to everyone. It's not about how flexible or strong you are, it's about exploring your body and accepting where it takes you. It's about discovering that our body is different and unique compared to others.
It aims to make yoga inspiring and fun. It aspires to guide you through different yoga postures to help you gain strength and attain inner harmony.
Pukka Yoga allows each student to develop their own 'genuine' and 'authentic' practice, based on their beliefs, determination and goals.
Yoga is how you make it to be. Enjoy the journey!
