General information

Cafe2U serves delighted customers great tasting espresso based coffees, and complimentary snacks every day of the week. We visit workplaces through the week, and events of all shapes and sizes at the weekends from the south coast of England to the northern reaches of Scotland, including Wales and N Ireland.

Cafe2U launched its first prototype mobile cafe van in the year 2000 on Sydney's northern beaches. It was with this first vehicle that the mobile cafe franchise concept and potential profitability of this new style of business model were tested.

In 2004 Cafe2U was purchased by its current owners, and a strategy was implemented to fully franchise the business. During 2005 Cafe2U commenced a proof of concept in Leeds, England with a view to expand the brand internationally.
Cafe2U UK launched its first six franchise partners in 2006, moved up to 30 franchises by 2008, and launched its 60th van during 2014.

There are currently over 200 Franchise Partners operating across UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.
