Qualified to the highest level, I offer clincial and therapeutic reflexology treatments from my treatment room in Heathfield. I have also completed specialist Baby Reflex training.

Does it hurt?
No reflexology shouldn't be a painful experience. I carry out a warm up and closing massage and the reflexology treatment itself is carried out using light pressure on the reflex zones of the feet. Some areas may be more sensitive than others but this is something that I am mindful of throughout the treatment and will adjust the pressure accordingly.

How often should I have a treatment?
This is very dependent on the individual and the reason for seeking reflexology sessions. It is generally recommended that you have 6 weekly treatments to begin with if there is something specific you would like help with but we can discuss this further depending on your situation.

How long is a session?
A standard reflexology session lasts between 50-60 minutes. If it is your first session I will need to complete a consultation form so ask clients to put aside an hour and a half.
