General information

I am fully aware of how taking the first step to come to Therapy can be a daunting prospect, sharing personal thoughts and feelings with someone you know very little about. I hope to give you an idea of who I am and what I bring to the role of Therapist.

I currently work part time at Greenwich Mind Mental Health services where I see a diverse range of people, with issues ranging from, Depression, Anger Management, Anxiety, Abuse, Sexuality, Bereavement, Cross Culture, Cultural Diversity, Existential Crisis and Mental Health. In addition to working with clients individually I have also had the chance to experience facilitating Men’s groups.

My comfortable practice rooms are based in Clapham at the Awareness Centre, a five mintute walk from Clapham South underground station.

My own cultural heritage has made me rich in knowledge and experiences which I feel are paramount in working with clients. I am grateful for having worked in the Tourism Industry over 15 years, it gave me the insight and knowledge about what it is to work under pressure in the real world, in a stressful enviroment where social rapports are not as easy as they seem.

What to expect during Counselling & Psychotherapy

In order to explore any kind of personal difficulty you may have met, it is essential that we establish a good rapport which will be based on trust. This trust will allow us to work together and to explore personal difficulties and discover ways of living your life more authentically.
