We are a local business employing a handful of trustworthy reliable staff and have been looking after the needs of many Sussex letting agents, solicitors and property management companies since 1996 and currently undertake regular communal area cleaning and ground maintenance on a large number of managed properties in Mid Sussex together with regular daily / weekly office cleaning and window cleaning contracts together with end of tenancy deep cleaning and painting.
The most popular service we offer is our complete ‘block management solution’. Having the combined skills to take care of regular common way cleaning, gardening and maintenance including internal / external window cleaning and carpet / upholstery cleaning when required, weeding and tending to communal borders and flower beds, sweeping and pressure washing of car parks, pathways and patios and general maintenance from replacing light bulbs to full redecoration of common areas.
