Currently the UK and European massage therapist for the Australian Olympic and Para Olympic sailing team and I work closely with local athletic associations like the Egdon Harriers running club, as a essential part of their training.
With my extensive background as a professional dancer and more recently as a fitness instructor, I know first hand about the stresses and strains on the body and mind and how important it is to maintain a workable and healthy lifestyle.
