Wild Bairns Childminding Service

General information

We are open from 7 am to 6 pm and are flexible about these times so if you need to drop your child off a bit earlier to get to work or you need to finish a bit later we can work around that. Snacks are provided but parents/ guardians must supply meals. Our age limit is 2 years and up and children must be out of nappies.

We aim to take children out locally and further afield. Trips could be down to the local park or as further away exploring the beach at places like Tentsmuir Forest. We will visit loads of different habitats and have lots of fun and games to keep children entertained and learning. Because of the type of service we are providing we ask that you dress your children in clothes which you do not mind getting dirty. We will try and keep children clean but having fun and learning about the environment is the aim of the service and that means going off tracks and exploring places like ponds and rock pools. A change of clothes will be required which can be left at the service along with waterproof trousers and jackets, wellies and sun cream.

Pets

We have several pets at our home which include two border collies named Luna and Moss (and currently puppies), a degu (part of the chinchilla family but smaller) named Nibbles, two rabbits called Nutmeg and Brambles, a terrapin named Shelley, 3 goldfish and lots of frogs/newts and insects in our ponds. Price

We charge £4 an hour and prices are capped at £30 for up to 9 hours between 7 am and 6 pm. Outside these hours the price increases to £5.00 an hour. All fees must be paid in advance and can be paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
