Our trainings incorporate yoga, mindfulness and meditation for children, music, partner poses, yoga games, anatomy & physiology, nutrition, child development, school curriculum and education, class management tips, business development and much more.
Our aim is to provide fun, non-competitive yoga classes that exercise, empower and educate the WHOLE child.
YogaBeez provides a 4-day Foundation Course, Full 95hr Certified training, INSET "Tools for Schools" trainings to incorporate yoga into the classroom and Healthy Living yoga days in schools.
