Hello, I'm Karen self employed @ BODYFIX, specialising in deep tissue and sports massage. I gained my HND in Complimentary Therapy in 2005 and worked as a complimentary therapist with Healing Hands for 5 years. I have been self employed for the past 3 years.

HOT STONE MASSAGE, The jewel of the therapeutic massage, smooth basalt stones are heated and used to massage away general tension in the body and includes a full chakra balance. It can also help to detoxify and de-stress leaving you feeing relaxed and in a positive state of well being.
