Sports Massage is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons and ligaments. It is applicable not just to sports people but to anybody wishing to guard against or recover from a soft tissue injury.

Spinal Manipulation is the manipulation of the joints and soft tissues, often together with a high velocity low amplitude thrust. This technique is often used by chiropractors and osteopaths.

Although hot stones massage is generally a more relaxed massage, it can also be very deep and specific.
