Aromatic Therapeutics is all about enhancing our sense of smell to develop a greater awareness of the world around us whilst also enhancing our health & happiness.

We believe in living life to the fullest, achieving our ambitions, enhancing and reaching peak performance (at school, work and sport), experiencing the world, enjoying natural wonders, being aware of those moments of magic, having fun and being creative. Most of all we believe in being well, happy and healthy!

How about learning how to make natural skincare products, natural bath & body care products and natural perfumes? Would you like to learn about all of this with 8-10 other like minded lovely people in an interactive, fun and informal environment?

We teach people about aromatherapy, essential oils, and natural product making, so that you can enhance your everyday health & happiness.

We practice Aromatherapy and Massage and offer personal coaching services to boost performance, health & happiness. We offer our bespoke product making service so that you can take advantage of aromas and products designed and made only for you; for your health; for your happiness; for you benefit.

We also share information, tips, tools, advice, recipes and much more so that you can keep on learning and exploring the wonderful world of essential oils and aromatherapy for health & happiness!

Stress, tension, anxiety and fear all stop us from achieving our goals and ambitions and they also inhibit our ability to enjoy our lives. Pressure, responsibility and commitments all take their toll and our professional lives also bring the added factor of targets that need hitting. Aromatherapy helps to ease stress and tension, alleviate fear, worry and anxiety, promote rest and relaxation, boost self awareness and instil a sense of confidence.

Studying for exams? Having difficulty focusing at work for long periods? Traveling a lot with work and need some help to keep you going? Essential oils boost memory, focus and concentration, help us to stay awake and keep going and they also aid rest an relaxation. They are a valuable asset for work, school, university and other studies.

As you may now guess, essential oils are amazing, fragrant and natural gifts of nature! They are extracted from plants of all kinds, shapes and sizes for our benefit and enjoyment. They smell wonderful and offer a unique magical and natural perfume solution, lift the spirits, boost general immunity, fight off infection, aid the process of recovery from (and prevention of) injury, illness and dis-ease, and they heal, replenish and hydrate the skin. The aromas stimulate our sense of smell which has a positive effect on emotional and spiritual levels dealing with other more subtle and deeper lying complaints.
