Unflatpack is run by John Griffin and Denver Thornton; they have both been expert flatpack fitters for over 7 years each and know the industry and the products inside out.
We have been expertly assembling furniture since 2005, initially just in the London area but now across the UK in most major towns and cities. During this time we have built an enviable reputation for first class customer service and excellent workmanship. Chances are that we have built hundreds if not thousands of the item you need help with so you know you are in safe hands – you can trust Unflatpack.

Each member of our fitting team have built 100’s of items exactly the one you have. They most likely won’t even need the instructions.

Have you ever noticed when you’re having building work done there are always those niggling questions in the back of your mind “how much will the final bill be? Will I be over charged? Will I even know if I have?”
Not with Unflatpack! Our fixed price per item structure with online checkable pricing means we are upfront and honest about what we do. We only ever charge for what we have done and never add extras you didn’t ask for.
Want to know the assembly cost of the extra side table you bought last minute but forgot to tell us about when ordering…Simply just check online at Unflatpack.com and if you’re happy with the price (and we are sure you will be) and want us to assembly it, we will… if you’re not, we won’t.

Over the years we have been called at the last minute by many customers at their wits end because they have been let down by a 1-man-band outfit that doesn’t care about customer service or reputation. We know that preparing for your furniture assembly often means a real upheaval, taking time off work; hallways filled with boxes, wardrobe contents pilled on to beds, some customers even throw away their old furniture.
Over the 7 years we have been running we have fine-tuned a service that delivers. We know how to manage our team effectively so that your work is done on the day you request…
We do try to be perfect but sometimes things don’t go to plan so should that happen, just let us know straight away as all issues are dealt with live by a senior manager who will call you and update you on what's happening so be assured you won’t be stuck at home left wondering if someone will come or a ringing phone number that no one answers.
Can you ask for more from a service? We don’t think so.
