ZENTRUM FÜR KUNST UND TECHNIK
Das Makroscope ist ein neues soziales Zentrum in Mülheim, das sich dem interdisziplinären sowie experimentellen Umgang mit Medien und audiovisueller Kunst widmet. Neben dem USEUM für Kunst und Technik der Kommunikationsmedien haben hier unter anderem das Shiny Toys Festival und das Label Ana Ott ihr Hauptquartier. Es finden wechselnde Ausstellungen und Workshops statt – außerdem eine Konzertreihe für abseitige Musik, sowie eine kultur- und gesellschaftskritische Veranstaltungsreihe.
