Wetzlich ist ein Familienunternehmen mit Tradition. 1935 in Dresden gegründet und mit Gründung der BRD in Köln 1949 neu gestartet, hat das Unternehmen mittlerweile den Firmensitz in Viersen. Nach wie vor handelt es sich bei Wetzlich um den größt verbliebenen mittelständischen Glashersteller ohne Konzernzugehörigkeit.
Stolz blicken wir auf die in Deutschland sitzende Produktion mit modernster Fertigungstechnologie.

Wetzlich is a traditional family company, that was founded 1935 in Dresden.
With the foundation of the Federal Republic of Germany in 1949 Wetzlich decided to relocate the companys' office to Viersen.
Wetzlich is the biggest remaining Independent lens manufacturer without a group affiliation.
We are very proud to say that though having strong competition from Asia we still rely on our state-of the-art-manufaction based in Germany.
