Wir sind die erste Ramenbar in Mitteldeutschland. Seit April 2010 gibt es bei uns neben japanischen Nudelsuppen (Ramen) auch viele andere japanische Klassiker wie Onigiri oder Edamame. Wir haben es uns zum Ziel gesetzt, Gerichte zu kochen, die nicht nur schnell serviert werden, sondern auch gesund und lecker sind. Die japanische Küche mit ihrer Betonung auf frische Zutaten, schonendes Garen und die Verwendung von wenig Fett lieferte uns die Inspiration. Wir laden dich ein, ein Stück Japan mitten in Leipzig zu erleben!
