Heimstätte der Fußballabteilung ist der Sportplatz Mühlwiese, auf der im Sommer drei Beachvolleyballplätze und eine Minigolfanlage angemietet sowie das Deutsche Sportabzeichen abgelegt werden kann. Olympia Leipzig gehört zu den Gründungsvereinen des DFB.
