Wir betreiben die Imkerei seit 1999 und arbeiten seit 2009 mit der Dadant-Betriebsweise und der Buckfastbiene.
Unsere Imkerei wird nach bio- und ökologischen Gesichtspunkten und Richtlinien betrieben (z.B. Einsatz von Bio-Wachs, organischen Säuren).
Wir sind aufgrund der hohen Kosten allerdings nicht biozertifiziert.
