General information
Hersteller der Original Indonesia Bihunsuppe seit 1974. Gegründet von den Inhabern des kleinen Göttinger Restaurants "Indonesia Bar" aus den 1960er. Seit 1976 ist die Suppenmanufaktur in Barterode bei Göttingen beheimatet. Hier wurde eine historische Molkerei zum Verwaltungsgebäude umgebaut und in den 1980er ein Konservensuppen-Werk gebaut. 1998 Umbennung in Barteroder Feinkost GmbH, 2016 übertragende Sanierung auf die Athalevo Foods GmbH.
