Die Kontaktstelle = KoBS arbeitet mit ca. 200 Selbsthilfegruppen des Emslandes zusammen. Sie unterstützt bestehende Gruppen, berät und informiert Menschen, die für sich oder für Freunde und Angehörige eine Gruppe suchen und sie hilft bei der Gründung neuer Gruppen.
