"Spohns Haus" besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden. Zum einen das denkmalgeschützte alte Bauernhaus, welches in seiner jetzigen Verwendung als Schlafhaus dient. Das eigentliche Hauptgebäude, die ehemalige Grundschule in Gersheim, beherbergt den Verwaltungstrakt, Seminarräume sowie Küche und Speisesaal.
Im Hinterhof des Hauptgebäudes wird zur Zeit ein historisches Bauernhaus aus Polen aufgebaut.
