Als kleine Brauerei pflegen wir in der Ehinger Berg Brauerei eine klassische Brauweise für feine Biersorten. Die Historie der Berg Brauerei, vormals Adler Brauerei, geht zurück bis in das Jahr 1466. Seit 1757 ist die Berg Brauerei im Familienbesitz. Heute wird sie geführt von Dipl. Braumeister Uli Zimmermann und Frau Beate.
