Unternehmensübersicht

Die Sarissa GmbH entwickelt Qualitätssicherungssysteme für die Null-Fehler-Produktion und realisiert so Poka Yoke in reinster Form.
Der Fokus liegt in der Qualitätssicherung der Automation, Produktion, Kommissionierung und Montage. Typische Anwendungsgebiete gehen von Automobil- und deren Zulieferindustrie bis hin zu Möbelbeschlagherstellern.
Die Assistenzsysteme der Sarissa GmbH ermöglichen die ultraschall-basierte Ortsbestimmung beliebiger Objekte im Raum. Anwendungsbereiche liegen sowohl in der Identifizierung, Lokalisierung und Positionierung von Werkzeugen, als auch in der Unterstützung des Werkers an einem Handarbeitsplatz.
Das Sarissa Local Positioning System (LPS) bietet den Nutzen, dass die Qualitätsprüfung bereits im Fertigungsprozess stattfindet und somit die kostenintensive Fertigungskontrolle am Ende wegfällt.

The Sarissa GmbH produces quality assurance systems for the zero-fault production and realizes Poka Yoke in its purest form.
It focuses on the quality assurance of automation, production, order picking and assembly. Typical areas of application are from automobile and its supply industry up to manufacturers of furniture fittings. The assistant systems offer the ultrasonic-based positioning for any type of object in the room. Fields of application are identifying, localization and positioning of working tools, but also the support of the worker at his workspace. The Sarissa Local Positioning System (LPS) offers the benefit to have the quality testing within the producing process, because of this the expensive production control in the end isn`t necessary anymore.
