Der Vorstand führt die Geschäfte. Dem von den Mitgliedern aus ihrer Mitte gewählten Aufsichtsrat wiederum obliegt die Kontrolle dieser Geschäftsführung. Einmal im Jahr findet eine Mitgliederversammlung statt.
