Like a supper club out of the 50’s but under a palapa in a tropical garden but without the smoke! The food is fresh west coast cuisine that range from authentic Indian Curries to Coconut Shrimps, Fresh Mahi Mahi and Lemon Grass Pork Chop. The owner and well known jazz singer Armi Grano, performs most nights with her trio while personally overseeing the customers’ needs. If you are visiting the Banderas Bay area, a trip to Encore is a must on your to do list. Enjoy their fresh food, excellent service, wonderful ambience and high quality entertainment. Pizzazz meets jazz! The restaurant has three rooms in one, a garden patio, a lower level near the stage and a bar area adorned by photographs of great jazz artists.
