¿Quién fue Gabriel Mancera?
Nació en 1839 y murió en 1925, se le designa primero como ingeniero y luego como filántropo. Su memoria fue perpetuada porque su nombre fue impuesto a una calle convertida en eje, aunque fue precisamente su amor por la humanidad lo que lo hizo trascender por encima de sus otros quehaceres, como un forjador de México.
