I use massage therapy, essential oils, music, and nature:

I am different from other massage therapists in Ensenada. I am trained in the US and Thailand and partner with a chiropractor to ensure my clients are properly cared for in their muscular, nervous, and skeletal system.

I work with medical professionals (Hino Medical Clinic).

My approach is to work with the body for same day relaxation, and medium term changes to the body's myofascial tissue and nervous responses.

Therapeutic/Sport: Target specific muscle groups and pains to loosen tightness and allow your body to heal itself.

Hot Stone: Uses heat to relax the body further, melting away stress and pain.

Reflexology: Stimulating acupressure points on the feet, hands, and head to invigorate the energy systems of the body.

Swedish Relaxation: Taking out accumulated stress from the body, allowing the mind to relax into peace (and sometimes sleep).

Couples Massage available.

Reflexology certification at Wat Po Bangkok, Thailand. Trained in shiatsu in Antigua, Guatemala and relaxation in San Diego. Certified in therapeutic, shiatsu, aromatherapy, reflexology, and sport massage in Ensenada, Mexico. Over 500 hours of training.
