1662年の創業以来、真澄は清冽な水と冷涼な気候に恵まれた霧ヶ峰の山ふところ・信州諏訪で、諏訪大社のご宝物「真澄の鏡」を酒名に冠した酒を醸してきました。昭和18年全国清酒品評会での第一位を皮切りに品評会で次々と上位へ入賞。更に昭和21年、酒蔵から新種の優良清酒酵母「協会7号」が発見されたことも真澄の名を高めました。「造り手自身が舌鼓を打って飲める酒」「大切な家族に安心して勧められる酒」「親しい友人に胸を張って贈ることができる酒」。お客様にそんな美酒をお届けするために、真澄は味わいを磨き続けています。
