『PADDLERS COFFEE（パドラーズコーヒー）』は2013年春、アメリカ西海岸の街、ポートランドを代表するコーヒーロースター『STUMPTOWN COFFEE ROASTERS』の豆を取り扱う日本唯一の正規取扱店としてオープンしました。参宮橋のレストランとパン屋さんに併設するかたちで1年間、その後移転先である神宮前のセレクトショップの2階にコーヒースタンドを構えた後、2015年4月、旗艦店を渋谷区西原にオープン。
