1932年三島市広小路に開店。ケーキとカフェとして、静岡県東部では最初「洋菓子専門店」。現オーナーシェフ・パティシエ【菊川儀明】は、三代目、辻フランス校を卒業後、87´～91´まで、世田谷区尾山台、かわた菓子研究所【オー・ボン・ヴュー・タン】、再渡仏リヨン「P・L・MONTHERA」「ALOTTO」93´帰郷。94´広小路本店改装。95´萩店にケーキ工房移転。97’清水町「サントムーン柿田川」出店。2001年、長泉町「ヴェルディ・トイザらス」出店
