General information

ソフト産業プラザ「イメディオ（Software Industry Plaza iMedio）」は、大阪市の委託を受け、公益財団法人大阪市都市型産業振興センターが、大阪市のデジタルメディア産業の振興と育成を目的に運営する共同利用型インキュべ－ション施設です。
イメディオは、ソフト産業プラザ 創業・情報化支援施設の愛称で、Image（映像）＋Studio（スタジオ）にも通じることから、「映像産業を生み出す場所」「個々のイメージが形になる場所」という願いを込めて名付けました。

デジタルメディア産業の総合支援施設として、インキュべ－ションオフィスの提供や、制作環境サポートを目的とする最先端のスタジオ設備の他、JavaやXMLなどの最先端の技術セミナーの提供、ビジネスサポートの為のサイト運営などを行っています。

iMedio, a section of the Software Industry Plaza, stands for Incubator for Multimedia Industry Osaka.
