芋焼酎に惚れこみ、何度も鹿児島へ。実際に2つの蔵元で焼酎造りを体験させて頂きました。普段愛飲している焼酎ボトルの向こう側の造り手と風土がいつも目に浮かび、ホッとするダレヤメのひとときに感謝です。「造り手の想いを伝え、蔵ととも生きる 酒の伝道師」がポリシー。鹿児島焼酎と和酒の魅力を少しでも多く伝えられればと思います。
