農協の合併にともない、廃店となった店舗と味噌加工施設を活用『まごころみそ』を継続して製造。地域の伝統加工食品『納豆もち』等を製造加工、販売を行う会社。
また、農業生産法人としての役割を果たすため、遊休農地の活用、農地の借受などを積極的に進め、加工製品に使用する原材料の地産地消に取り組み、生産、製造加工、販売を一貫とした６次産業化を進めている。
