東京、広尾「クレモンフェラン」での修行後、1996年に渡仏、フランス・ベルギーで約3年修行1999年にベルギーで行われたコンクール「マンダリンナポレオン」で優勝ベルギー代表として世界大会出場。
その後も数々のコンクールで受賞を果たす。
帰国後、実家が経営する「ドルセ」でシェフパティシエに就任する。
