土佐の塩丸は火での焚き上げは一切行わず、満潮時の海から汲み上げた海水を自然の力のみで結晶させます。塩になるには夏場で約1カ月、冬場に至っては2カ月以上も時間がかかる、まさに高知の自然が作ったお塩です。
